INTERPED-WTC Sofia is a public company, acting in the business services field and operating its own real estate.

MAIN ACTIVITY
Renting offices, conference halls, business meetings and trade missions’ organization. The Company offers a number of services for the modern business society.

PURPOSE
The Company aims at providing high quality of the services, meeting the standards of the World Trade Centers Association as well as the requirements of the local branch organizations, to which the Company is a member.

SOCIAL COMMITMENT
INTERPRED-WTC Sofia JSC, cooperates with orphans’ foundations, environmental organizations and groups, working to improve the landscape in the vicinity of the center. It supports cultural, sports and conference events, related to the public and the national and international business.

VISION
The Company strives to satisfy its clients' requirements through continuous modernization of the building’s maintenance and control systems. Through its activity INTERPRED will continue to improve the business services.


Brief History
1969
INTERPRED company was established in April 1969 as a state-owned enterprise with exclusive rigths of representation and commercial agency of foreign companies in Bulgaria. Representation and commercial agency of foreign companies was accomplished through specialized associated bureaus which carried out their work as foreign trade agencies until 1998. Gradually the number of foreign companies represented by INTERPRED grew and in 1988 they amounted to 1029, including leading companies from Western Europe, USA and Canada.
1985
In 1985 INTERPRED company became a full member of the World Trade Centers Association - New York and it started offering the full range of business services as a WTC together with the conduct of representation and foreign trade activity. One of the main goals and activities of INTERPRED- WORLD TRADE CENTER SOFIA AD is cooperation with the Bulgarian business.
1996
It was awarded in 1996 with Certificate for Service Standard and Quality


1997
In 1997 the state company INTERPRED was privatized by DAEWOO of South Korea.
2002
In 2002 INTERPRED – World Trade Centre Sofia AD became part of Miroglio Group, Italy. Innovation projects for reconstruction and modernization of the building were launched.
Architecture
The building of INTERPRED - World Trade Centre Sofia AD was built at the beginning of the 1980s and it was a perfect sample of modern architecture in the city.
Architects: Prof. architect Vladimir Romenski, architect Ivan Yankov.
The main contractor of the construction was the company Ocisa - Spain with the participation of several Bulgarian construction organizations. It was built on an area of 3 500 sq.m. and it covers 34 000 sq.m. of total floor area, of which the rentable space is about 12 750 sq.m. The building consists of two bodies 10-storey each with a warm connection between them. There are three underground levels with an underground parking lot for 150 cars. The guarded outdoor parking lot holds 170 cars. The light partition walls in the building interior allow for quick rearrangement of office areas in compliance with the requirements and the specific needs of the tenants.
Air conditioning – central with fresh air. Security: 24-hour guard from a licensed security company and video monitoring.
